Clementine & Spiced Honey Gin – 50CL

Pale straw with a touch of peach, slight haze. Long tears clinging to the glass.

Initial aromas of citrus peel, sweetened clementine, liquorice and juniper following through to honey, delicate ginger, warmed cinnamon and nutmeg.

Leading with warmed orange oils (both burnt orange and the sweeter clementine), honey and a medley of autumnal spices (star anise and cinnamon most prominently), closely followed by a subtle sweetened spiced fig and hazelnut. With the finish trailing off into pink peppercorn and notes of honey blossom, and nutmeg.

Perfect in a festive Breakfast Martini or Bee’s Knees.
